- The operational distance for the Bluetooth of the tracker is 10m (33ft). It is ideal if the phone and tracker are in direct line of sight of each other. Obstacles will cause issues when the tracker is attempting to connect.
- If you receive an error about the Bluetooth being abnormal then it is suggested that you close the app and turn off your Bluetooth and then turn Bluetooth back on and then go to the “Homepage” of the app and drag down to make the app sync with the tracker.
- If you continue to have issues with the tracker disconnecting then please turn off Bluetooth then enter the VeryFitPro app go to the “Device” page and tap “Unbind” at the bottom of the list of options. Then turn Bluetooth back on and attempt to bind the tracker again.
