(1) In order to transfer data from the tracker to the app, please go to the “Homepage” then drag down on the
screen. This will initiate a transfer of the data from the tracker to the app.
(2) If the app seems to be stuck in the syncing process then please go to the “Device” page and tap the
“Unbind” button at the bottom of the page. After the device has been disconnected then please attempt to bind the tracker to the app again.
(3) If you are out of range of Bluetooth or do not sync with the app approximately every 7 days then the tracker is likely to timeout of connection with the app.
Additionally, you might lose some of the data since the tracker can only hold 7 days of data.
