For more recent devices ID205/205L, please attach charging cord and leave to charge. Charging will take approximately 3 hours.
For original design:
The straps are held on the device with the pressure of
the rubber of the band. The bands are designed to have a very secure fit and may be difficult to remove.
Please pull off both sides of the straps, take a firm hold of the host in one hand, then tug hard with the other hand close to the host on the strap.
Pull it so that you are rotating the one edge of the band away from the long side of the display screen.
It should come loose with a “pop.”
You will see the metal pins on the underside of the device, please plug this side into a USB port.
If there is no red light on the screen when inserted into a USB port, then please turn the device over so that the screen is facing the opposite direction and reinsert as your device is likely to be upside-down.
Charging will take between 1-2 hours.
